A download that says “Baper Rasta multiplayer” or “online 2.0” is not that plan. The plan, if it ships, would show up on baperrasta.com first. The guide’s rule about other sites still applies: a run somewhere else does not put your name on the Most Wanted poster, and a file the maker did not publish is not his.
